Craig was easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and professional. Professionalism was also present in all the crew members that worked on this multi-staged project. They showed up on time, cleaned up each day, and provided excellent workmanship. Grant was very helpful in selecting colors for the final overlay and the finished project is just about perfect. Would definitely hire again.

They just lacked some follow through. They said that they were going to put in some little details that they ended up not doing. They actually had to come redo the basement floor because they didn't pay attention to the small details and they weren't very good at job site cleanup.

Started close to scheduled date, workers kept dust/ trash to a minimum and cleanup afterward was pretty good. Friendly, knowledgeable workers. Company provided samples of actual finish before final choice was made so we wouldn't have to go by pamphlet sample only. Grant was always helpful and available when we had questions. Easy on-line payment system with cash discount was seamless.

The job that was done was better than I could have imagined.  It looks fantastic and even though stenciled brick, everyone says it looks and feels just like brick.  The crew was prompt, diligent and cleaned up every day (even thought they would be returning in the morning).

The weather was not cooperating with us, but we were kept apprised of the schedule and when they started work, the same team worked HARD for over 2.5 days.

We love the result so much that we are now considering having them work on a walkway.

Craig was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and Pancho and his teammate did an amazing job. Everyone was very punctual, professional, and the job site was always left clean. I would highly recommend Customcrete to anyone of my family or friends that needed this type of work done.

Customcrete STL did a very good job replacing our front sidewalk and applying stain to the walk and existing front porch. Craig and staff are friendly, responsive and professional. Several months later, we contacted Craig when we noticed the stain was coming off in some areas. He immediately took corrective action - no hassles, no problem. The second application looks fantastic. I definitely recommend Customcrete.

Many workers came in and out on our project. They were always on time and very professional. They did an excellent job! Grant was awesome from start to finish and I would whole heartedly recommend them.

Everything went as Craig indicated it would. They finished the job quickly. Craig did warn us that our yard would get some damage from the equipment but his team would do their best to reduce the damage. They did just that and by the end of the first summer you could barely tell they had been there.
Craig also provided some simple instructions for caring for the concrete so it will last. I would definitely hire his team again and I have referred him to multiple people.

It went well.  They were in and out and did  a great job.  I had water-damaged tile, and they came in and stained it.  They were very accommodating with scheduling and did the work on a Sunday.  The crew was very professional.  I will use them in the future.

They did a good job. They were very nice, helpful and friendly. They were kind of overworked I think and the owner was very nervous about them getting everything done and getting out of here. At that time, it looked beautiful. We have had some pretty bad storms. I tribute a lot of problems to the weather.

After another company removed the asbestos tile and mastic, in about 1100 square feet of our 1961 home, Customcrete repaired gouges in the concrete (from carpet and wall anchors), cleaned, stained, and finished those floors. |We are very pleased with our floors. With radiant heat embedded in the original 1961 concrete, the stained floors throughout most of our home give us a consistent look in our open floor plan and are heat-efficient. We understood that the result would not be "perfect." As the representative explained, the repairs stained a much lighter shade than the original floor as did for the carpet tack strip repairs. Also, the "ghost" pattern of the original 9 inch tile is evident throughout the house - and we LOVE it! Our guests (and more importantly, we) are awe-struck by the interesting. functional, and gorgeous look of the concrete. | |When the tile and mastic was removed, we had no idea what the actual condition of the floor would be.
