Tom Rodriguez and his team were fast, efficient, and responsive. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

I didnâ t know if insurance was going to be able to help in my specific project so I met with 5 different companies in the St Louis area, landing on Crossroads not because they were the cheapest (though we received multiple bids far higher than Crossroads), but because of the care and the peace of mind Tom brought right from the start. Tom and his team were terrific. They worked well in conjunction with other contractors and work we had going on at our house. They were fast, friendly, reliable, and did an amazing job. I hope to never be faced with asbestos abatement at my home again, but if I do then Crossroads will be my first call!

Tom responded within 15-20 minutes of me completing a request for bids, and he was out to my house within a few hours. The bid was reasonable, they were able to schedule quickly, and the team was efficient. Tom came in the morning to get the crew set up, they finished faster than I was expecting, and then Tom came back to review the work and sign off on the job before payment. Loved that customer service with ensuring the job was done right!!
