Clean Estates

Had to reschedule a few times due to shortage of manpower, their scheduling conflicts, and supply problems.Didn't show up for one appt and I had to call.  Was late for the rescheduled appt by more than 1.5 hours because he had to go buy cleaning supplies before the job. Didn't call me, I had to call the scheduler to find out what was happening.  He finally arrived with a dirty vacuum cleaner and he had to empty the bag from previous jobs.  He really should have had all this prepared ahead of time and arrived on time and ready to work instead of wasting my time. He was in my house all day and could have worked faster since he was already so far behind.  Threw me off my schedule. Wasn't happy with his work ethic.  He is also the one to give me a landscape plan for around the back deck area.  Spent time discussing and then nothing.  Received my money back on that coupon because he was too swamped to complete his jobs.

The cleaner, a man, can at the time appointed.  Gave him directions and scope of work. 
He worked at a steady pace and covered everything requested.  He brought his own cleaning agents, rags, sweeper, etc.  That was appreciated.
He ask me if it was ok to use a particular cleaner for the hardwood floors and I said yes.  Perhaps that was the thing that we didn't like and that was it left the floor probably clean but it was also very dull, not the way one likes to see hardwood floors. 
Overall, did a good job and could recommend if ask.

He was not thorough. The Deal stated a certain amount of time but he did not fulfill that time amount. Even the things he did I went back over and re-cleaned. I did not get what I payed for.

Well, I'm expecting a commercial carpet cleaner to show up with a large truck having commercial cleaning equipment. Wrong!!! A pickup truck shows up with contracting logo on the side. Then one (1) person gets out and picks up a carpet cleaner from the back (one of those household types that can be purchased at wallmart) with some over-the-counter carpet cleaning solution (also probably from wallmart) and comes in and cleans the carpet. He did what was advertised.

Everything went well. He did everything that needed to be done. He did a good job and I was satisfied.

I purchased an "Angie's List Big Deals" coupon from Clean Estates. It was $119 for 5 hours of interior cleaning service.

After scheduling my appointment with them, Clean Estates called a day before my service to confirm my appointment. They also called ahead before arriving to my home. Aaron arrived on time, introduced himself and we discussed the scope of my cleaning needs. There were a couple out-of-scope tasks I requested: One was dusting the blinds (I have A LOT of blinds) the other was cleaning the shower. To my happy surprise, he agreed to both.

Aaron set to work. He cleaned all that I'd asked of him and more. I was surprised to see that he had taken time to vacuum my upholstered furniture even though I didn't request it. I was impressed that he had dusted everything I'd asked, as I have a lot of shelves, picture frames and other home accessories. He also cleaned my glass table tops--which I consider going above and beyond because just dusting them would have been sufficed. He was also careful to put thngs back in their place after dusting. He vacuumed and mopped all of my floors to my expectations. He cleaned my bathrooms and shower to expectation. He also used the cleaners I requested and provided.

Although it has nothing to do with the service, I was pleased that he was considerate of me and my pet. When entering/exiting he was careful to leave exterior doors closed so my pet couldn't "escape" outside. He also didn't shoo her when she got in the way of his work. I add that because it demonstrates his respect for pets.

I mentioned above that I requested a couple out-of-scope tasks. One of which was cleaning my blinds. I didn't expect a slat-by-slat cleaning job. Aaron just run a duster over them which was fine by me. I'm adding it because I wouldn't want future AL clients to expect slat-by-slat blind cleaning as part of an overall cleaning appointment; as a client it wouldn't be fair to expect it from the company.

I'm a clean-freak and very hard to please when it comes to cleaning my house. Overall, I was impressed that I got my FULL 5 hours of cleaning service. I'm giving them an "A+" for a job well done and would hire Clean Estates again. I would also make a special request for Aaron.

I don't like leaving bad reviews for businesses because I know that one experience doesn't define a company's overall workmanship.  However, I had a crumby experience.  Floors weren't cleaned to my expectations and the worker only stayed for 3 of the 5 hours.  He just took off without saying anything.  I thought he was going to lunch but he never came back.  I called the boss and instead of sending the guy back over Aaron called me and insisted he was done with the work.  Whatever.  Buyer beware!

The only problem was with scheduling and I'll put that down to the Christmas rush.  One they got here, the guy did a good job - took his time and made sure that all reas discussed were done well.  I got my money's wor

They showed up on time, and even called before hand to let me know.   They were very polite, and clean.   They took their shoes off when they came in and even cleaned the tile and grout and we didn't ask them to!!!

They were very thorough. They did a great job. Everything was very very clean. I am picky when it comes to the details and they made me very happy. They have a good eye for detail.
