BRS Custom Painting

Hired BRS to paint the interior of our new home that just got built. BRS did an excellent job at a fair price. I will definitely hire again.

They did a great job painting entire inside of our house. Completed the work in the time promised and the quality of the work was good. Pricing was reasonable and everyone was nice, from the estimate work, the color consultation and the painters - all the guys were very nice and professional. Would highly recommend for big projects.

The service and outcome was excellent. Brandon and his crew were very professional. They communicated very well, effective at listening, and working within our budget. I will hire them again for my next job.

Brandon did a fantastic job painting the kitchen cabinets. They turned out wonderful.

It was a disaster! They showed up a day later than promised. They never provided their insurance policy to us. The solution that they used to power wash left a thick film all over the Windows. They lied and told us that they caulked the Windows. After pressing Brandon on this issue, he was able to admit that no one caulked them. He sent the same person out again who lied about doing the work, he then made the biggest mess with the caulking that we had to have it all cut out and redone. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, ever!

Got quotes from several companies. BRS pricing was in the middle of the quotes that we got, but the reason I hired them was that Josh, the sales person, continued to check up on us every 1-2 weeks until we decided who we were going to use. He was always extremely responsive and curteous. The job took 4 entire days and they did a great job. Brandon, the owner, stayed late the last day to make sure all the details and finishing touches were to our satisfaction. He really took a lot of time to make sure the job was done correctly and that we were happy with the outcome. They helped move some furniture and made sure everything was covered prior to painting. I would definitely use them again if needed.

It went great. Everyone was nice and friendly. Got our house painted and fixed up within 2 days. Would use the company again.

Professional workmen and job. Josh was able to look at job and give an estimate quickly. He is also easy to work with and knowledgeable. Work done was completed timely and thoroughly. I was impressed with every detail. I have a large deck with lots do spindles and steps.

This was a most pleasant experience.  They were extremely neat,efficient and friendly.  They gave sincere advice on the paint job which I appreciated.  I would use them again in a flash and recommend them to anyone

BRS Custom did a great job on our project. They were quick to get us a quote and the pricing was very fair. Josh was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, dependable and communicated with me throughout the project. I would highly recommend BRS and will be calling them for our next project.

Brandon, the owner, returned my phone call quickly on a Saturday. He was very personable and took all the time needed to allow me to explain our job which was time sensitive. He sent his estimator, Josh, within two days to give me a price.  
Josh was very professional. He got the estimate to me quickly and always returned my phone calls when I had a question or needed to give him information.
Chris, was our painter and he did a great job.  We enjoyed having him in our home and he went out of his way to get the work done for us even sooner than the agreed upon date.   Let me tell you, it was  big job.  We have an older house that was sized for wallpaper that was difficult to remove and thus left the walls with needed repair.  He was detailed oriented and wanted to make sure we were happy with his work. When he finished he asked my husband and I to walk around with him  and he patiently touched up a few places that we pointed out.
Brandon came by one day to check on the progress of the job and he also came by the day after the job was complete to do a second walk through to inspect the work and to see if we were were happy with it.  We were very happy with it!
Each step along the way they told us how much they appreciated our business which was nice to hear.
We recommend BRS Custom Painting and would definitely use them again.

Chris showed up on time, was very professional, courteous and tidy. He explained everything he was doing and why and actually asked for feedback and if we were satisfied with his work. I would definitely use this company again.

These guys are awesome! Even thou they were booked solid, they cam out on a Saturday morning to help me out. I am under a serious time crunch due to relocation, and these guys went above and beyond to try to help. Every painter I called tlod me they were 3 to 9 weeks out. Brandon knew that this was a small job and could be knocked out in an hour or so. He called one of his crew foreman and they said they would come out on Saturday. And their work was top notch.

Josh had come out for the estimate, sent it to me within the time promised, and once I approved, he kept me updated frequently on when I can expect work to be done.  The surface was power washed and prepped Monday, and painted Tuesday, very efficient!

Overall it went very well. Brandon, the owner and primary painter did excellent work. His salesman, Josh was very professional.

Brandon painted all the trim (Nine windows including a bay window, crown molding and baseboards in my sunroom.  The room looks fantastic!  I would use BSR again!

Very well, I would have this company in my home again.
