BROSS CONSTRUCTION

The owner, Brad Lehnbeuter, of Bross Construction is a liar who does not do quality work. My living room ceiling is has a big wet spot and he is not going to back up his 10 year warranty against leakage. He had no intention of doing quality work from the beginning. He did not even bring new tar paper to put on the roof then when we caught them roofing over ripped up old tar paper, went to get tar paper. My fault for not throwing him off my property at the time. He did not come back to replace the rotten soft spot wood he agreed to fix. He gave a 10 year warranty and now says he does not have to back up the warranty because we were jumping on the soft spot. He said I had his word he would come back to repair the rotten spot which he did not, now he isn't even standing behind his leakage warranty and my living room ceiling is wet. He is an embarrassment to the industry, the guy you should be warned about doing business with. I feel sorry for his customers but most of all his family and friends because he is a cheat and a liar, so disappointed in the experience.
