BILL WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND VERY HONEST. MY UNITS ARE 15 YEARS OLD. IN HIS EVALUATION OF MY HOME, HE COMPLETED AN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHECK AND ADVISED ME THAT MY CURRENT UNITS ARE DOING FINE. I APPRECIATE THAT HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES IN EFFICIENCY RATINGS FOR HEATING AND AIR AND LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS IN GOOD SHAPE.
