About us
We are a family owned business with less than 5 employees. We do use subcontractors to install larger jobs and we handle all of our own service and warranty work. We are currently based in St Charles County and we meet all required local government regulations in St Charles, Lincoln, Warren, Montgomery, Callaway and Boone Countys. We are expanding our operation into the St louis City and County and our Licensing is Pending Approval. Our labor rates are $90.00 first hour and $15.00 every quarter hour. We will waive the $45.00 setup fee for all Angies list customers. We can monitor other companys systems for as little as$15.00 per month billed annually.
