+ -1 moreWe were really pleased. I think he went out of his way. As far I know, I didn't think they would come inside the house, but he did. He checked the box and was able to get the power on for a couple of hours. I thought it was really exceptional of him and he went over and beyond what we expected of a utility company. We have never had any troubles with their service. They do a good job.
Description of Work: I called them because out power went out. They sent someone out on a Sunday.
