There was just enough done to barely get things to a point of working. This is a 18 month old fresh install that the prior owner had preformed. The current own knows and even points blame of issues to that old owner, how ever the new owner did not take the time to go over the install and resolve the issue that he old owner left undone. I end up having to call another company to come out and fix the systems correctly and make sure that everything was in good working order.

I was looking around for someone to install a ground-source heat pump and was having a very difficult time finding someone to do the job. Wildcat gave me the most reasonable quote so I decided to go with them and we agreed on half the money upfront and half as completion. The first red flag for me was when he asked for a cashier's check to buy and pick up the unit in Kentucky (I was able to buy it with my credit card and get free shipping despite being told by Wildcat that shipping would be over $1000).

After digging for a little bit (maybe an hour) he tells me that he can not continue working and has to go see a doctor. No one shows up the next day but the day after that he arrives with a man who has never operated the machine before and doesn't know what he's doing which leads to very little work getting done.

There were frequent days where no one would show up and I could not get a hold of them and at one point I even received a call from the equipment rental company letting me know that no one has ever paid for the equipment. I refused to give Wildcat any more money as I had already given them several thousand dollars up front. 

Based on some research I've been doing, I do not believe that Wildcat is a very competent company and may not know what they are doing. All I can say is you should avoid this guy like the plague.

They were very polite, respectful and concerned about the problem. They said there was a year guarantee on their work.
