They were good, but it just seemed like we always had to go back to them. I've understood that they are contracted with the Webb City Police Department and so they maintain all the police cars. They are super busy, but they do try to get whatever you need done done in a timely manner. I will probably recommend them. They are Hispanic so they were hard to understand. You have to get a hold of the right person. For me personally, I like to be able to understand them, but they were good. They are just really super busy, but they do pretty good work. Sometimes I just kind of felt like they weren't completely fixing the problem. Sometimes it ended up being something different. They are pretty good about getting stuff done when they said they would do it. I will possibly consider using them again. We have a new place that we've been using that is a little bit better on cost.

I experienced an excellent level of service all the way from the Scheduler/Manager - Sterling, the owners - Hector and Immanuel, and their mechanics/service technicians. While I was there, my vehicle also needed a new battery. I not only received an excellent recommendation for where to get a high quality battery for a great price, I learned that Sterling had even called ahead to let them know I was coming and offer me special pricing as a JE Auto customer when I arrived.

REPAIRED AIR CONDITIONER ON MY 96 BUICK . TWO OR THREE TIMES OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS & HAS DONE OTHER WORK ON MY OLD CAR TO KEEP IT RUNNING IN GOOD CONDITION.. ALSO HAS DONE WORK FOR MY SONS IN PAST ON THEIR VEHICLES. FAST & DEPENDABLE SERVICE. DOES EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS IT NEEDS . & I'M GOOD TO DRIVE TO WORK EVERY DAY. PRICES ARE REASONABLE.
