We called their office and explain the problems we were having and they sent out 2 young men to check over our unit and they went right to work. Then they gave us a report on what they found. We decided on a Rheem system and the air conditoner has kept our home nice and cool all summer. We were very pleased with the way they handled the installation of the unit and would recommend the company to others and would call them again if needed.

He was very polite and professional. Gave a written estimate, did the work and it looks great. No one else would even come out to bid it. Am considering them for future system overall.

Mike Griggs came to my house and after looking at the situation gave me an estimate. I told him there was no hurry but I wanted my old floor furnace replaced before winter. He said he would order a new furnace and then call me when he could install it. About four weeks later a woman from the company called and said they would install the furnace the next day if I would be home.
The next day Heath showed up with the furnace and installed it (Mike also came over and helped him get the old unit out and the new unit in place). Installation required crawling and working in a shallow crawl space but Heath got the job done and in a few hours the new unit was in place and working fine.
Both Heath and Mike were very professional. The next day Mike returned with the bill and the amount was as estimated in his original estimate.
I was completely satisified with Country Care and if I need my heating repaired or replaced in the future I will call Country Care.

They got back to us real quick and did exactly what we needed.

Great, I had a problem with my AC and thanks to Mike i found it was low and he checked everything with the unite before he fixed it.

Cody was out the next day (even a little early) and started work immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable about this unit, claimed the unit had been wired completely backwards during the installation and also had insulation packed into the unit and that was causing it overheat. After 2 hours of work and taking time to tell us everything we needed to know to run the unit efficiently, the unit was working perfectly and we've had no problems since. What great customer service! Since the call was during an area wide record snow fall and freezing temperatures we were sure the price would be exorbinant, but well worth it; but the bill came a week later and was lower than the 1st service provider had charged for looking at the unit. No price gouging going on here. We'll recommend Country Care to anyone who will listen!
