We had a complete home remodel done I'm talking gutting the house down to the studs and we had it rewired, re-plumbed, dropped walls, put new ones up, open the place up, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new bedrooms, new everything!! Ryan Emmil of Mid Missouri Trimout oversaw this project. We own an old farmhouse in a rural Missouri area that was originally built in 1911 it had been remolded a couple times throughout the years last time being probably in the 1960's sometime. We started the project April 15 2014 and completed it 16 August 2014. the best thing about this project Ryan was able to save some of the old farmhouse and incorporate it into a new modern house. He gave us everything we wanted and then some. If you want a job done right you need to hire Ryan Emmil!! He is a complete professional in every aspect of construction he can do anything from a simple repair to a complete home remodel. I can't say enough good things about Ryan Emmil.
