Did an inspection I formed us that brakes needed repaired

It went fine. It took a while to get the parts in that were needed for our warranty service and we had to call several times to check on it. In the end it all got done and we will continue to take the avalanche there for service. However I will probably not take my dads 62 mercedes there.

I took my 98 Chevy Tracker in to Lowe's because it would not shift into gear properly. I had to pay to fix the clutch cable because it was stretched out and replace the clutch assembly (it had never been replaced). After paying to replace those two items, the vehicle was still presenting the same problem. It would work for a few days then go back to not shifting into gear. Every time the problem resurfaced they took the time to try and diagnose why this was happening with no further cost to me. (Approx 6 times) They fully disassembled the clutch assembly to look for problems and reassembled it, they pulled the transmission to look for issues in the clutch assembly, they even replaced the pressure plate twice, they invested countless man hours into my vehicle to find the source of the problem. It finally came down to needing a GM pressure plate vs. an off brand due to the number of and quot;fingersand quot; for lack of a better word on it. I'd like to note that new parts are discontinued for that vehicle so they also had to put leg work into finding the parts I needed as they are not all readily available. I truly feel they went above and beyond what any other service professional would have and will continue to use them for all of our vehicles.

I took my car there because I couldnt get my carkeys out of the ignitoin and the car was taken in in about 20 mins i was all done in less then an hour the workers were very friendly and polite they even offered a free car loner if i needed it while they did the work on my car oh and coffee too i was happy with them and my car.

They have done a lot of work for me. They are best place in town. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They took one day to fit me into the schedule. They did the work within a couple of hours. They are very honest with us. We can wait on the repair, and we can hold off for a little bit. They don't give us the run around. The cost going to the dealership compared to the mechanic is high. They are very honest people. They stick to their estimate.

I can't remember the exact date: My son had a football tournament in St Louis on this particular weekend. I went out to my truck (which we had already loaded up for the trip) to get ready to head out. When I got in, the truck did NOT start. My husband said that it may be the battery so we tried to "jump" the battery and no luck. Next, my husband connected my battery to our auto battery charger, still no luck. I called Lowe's and explained my situation and told them that I had to be on the highway no later than 2pm to make it in time for my son's game (who luckily was able to catch a ride with one of the coaches). Lowe's told me to just get the truck to them and they'd see what was going. I called roadside assistance, had my truck towed in to Lowe's and I got one of our other vehicles and ran some errands. I got a call back from Lowe's (Clint in Service) less than an hour later and they told me that my starter had gone out. Not only did they get my car checked as soon as it hit the lot, they saw that my truck was still under warranty and had already ordered the part and was having it rushed to them. They said that they should have the part around 1pm. I got another call from Clint at approximately 1:15. I asked him if the part had finally arrived, he told me that it arrived early and he was calling to tell me that my car was ready for pick up!!! I was floored! They did exactly what they said and made sure that I was on the road no later than 2pm. I have gone to them for other repairs and warranty issues and they have always been professional and friendly. They do GREAT service and always greet you with a smile.
