Description of Work: Well, there was a mix up with the time of the appointment which caused them to be late. When you're PCSing, all time matters. However, they did a fantastic job and were very professional. If I were still in the state, I would use them again.

 + -1 moreCurrently renting a house - the bedroom carpets stained from pets and smelled horribly from pets and cigg smoke. First, the owner of Dover Steam Master worked me in the same day I called. GREAT! The two young men treated the carpets and told me that some of the stains probably wouldn't come out (also some rust stains), but they would do their best. Once finished there were a couple stains left, but overall the residual smells from pets/cigarettes were gone and the carpet looked and felt so much better - I can live with them now. The young men were professional and friendly, and they even told me the price would be lower than what I was quoted - but I paid quoted price since Dover went the extra mile to work me in with a very early appointment. I will use them again when required.
