 + -1 moreI will go out of my was to share our very poor experience of Reds/Heggemann Plumbling with everyone I know. This is a new owner of a old company which had a great reputation. I feel insulted and in disbelief that the owner would not take more responsibility for his employee poor work. Lying and intimidating is no way how to build business in this town.
Description of Work: They came to snake out a slow running waste line. But, he ran his sewer snake 70' into a line only needing 42'. The snake ran into the crawl space under the kitchen without the plumbers knowledge. i WAS told the located the snake in the front yard and needed to dig it up. As you quest, they dug finding no snake. Two hour later we heard the snake being ran when a plumber could not figure it out. As a result the $125.00 job turned into $2900.00 request, we settleon $2300.00. Should have cost O.
