They had to reschedule due to conflicts with another client, but they gave me plenty of notice and I was flexible with my time. Once they got there they found the problem with the pilot light right away; check all my water lines and filters. Very dependable company and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Our AC went out on July 4th during 100 degree spell.  We got quotes from multiple contractors, Randall being one.  Because they do Trane, their bid was a bit higher than others, but we chose it for the quality.  Besides the high-quality Trane, they went the "extra mile" and provided us a temporary unit to keep us cool while we waited for the new unit - because of high demand during the heat wave all AC units were on back-order.   Also, we chose to add a heating unit at the same time. so that work was also done.  During the install, duct work was included and they provided GREAT service.  It required adding a couple more vents, and doing some arranging so the air would flow more properly into some areas of the house.  This being done IN AN ATTIC during HOT days.  Fortunately, because of the temporary unit, we agreed they could spread the work over a few days so they only worked in the morning when the heat was not so oppressive.  They have answered questions and checked back with us several times to see how it is going.  We've been delighted and grateful!
