When they came back to re-do them they still were not clean.

I contacted the company and were out during the week to see exactly what needed to be done in the room. They gave me a few options of how the service could be performed with varying costs and techniques. In the end, I chose the middle road. That next Monday, they came out and were actually a little early. The owner and his helper came and got right to work. They worked quickly and were done a lot quicker than expected. The carpets were dry in no time and stayed clean for a long time.
