Building a new home and had the gas line run to the house but the electric generator which is propane powered was not on site yet. The Gas company did not want to run the line until the generator was on site. We were promised, it would be no problem to have the installation team come back quickly when the generator was on site since it would be a simple, quick job. The generator will be on site on Friday, and they are not willing to come out for several weeks delaying the closing of our house causing us to have to ask our current landlord for a month's extension on our lease which will be several thousand dollars. We asked to speak to a manager to escalate the issue and were denied the opportunity to talk to the manager. The company has shown no willingness to fulfill the commitment they made to us or showed any empathy towards the situation they put us in. In our opinion, horrible customer service. If there's any other propane gas company servicing your area, we suggest using them.
