Description of Work: We wanted a railing for our front step. Guy came out, took measurements & told us he would email an estimate. After no word, we placed 3 calls to the answering machine. No response was ever received, guess they are not interested in our business.

Description of Work: I ordered a fence with wood gates. They sent an estimate price but listed pole gates when I specifically stated I wanted wood gates because we had a pole fence and gates in the past. I verbally said to proceed, happy with the price. They installed a wood fence with ugly red pole gates. When I said that is not what we said we wanted, they removed the pole gates and replaced them with the wood gates we asked for in the first place. All was great until the bill came. It was more than double the original bid. I was angry and refused to pay. Boland fence agreed to remove the wood gates, leaving us with no gates. Furthermore, when when they took the wood gates away they agreed to reimburse me for the pole gates we paid for but did not want but they refused to reimburse me. The owner was very unprofessional by not explaining the increased cost when they brought the wood gates that we originally said we wanted and by not honoring his commitment to reimburse me for the paid pole gates we paid for but did not want. I would never use this company again because of its management's unethical practices and poor communication. They are more confrontational than customer service oriented.

Description of Work: They repaired and replaced my steel pipe fence that was damaged when it was struck by a car. They did a great job, they were professional and also fixed a part of the fence that wasn't involved in the accident. They went above and beyond, I would use them again.
