We had a good experience with them. In fact, in this market, We had contract on our house after three months, which in this area is pretty incredible, and within 24 hours we had another one. Two battling it out. They have a flat rate commission. The overall quality of service was good. Low commission and we got in the multi listing service, which some people are afraid they wont' get that service which is important if you are putting a house on the market. The quality was no different than any other house sale which we've had to deal with. Well worth looking into to have them represent you.
