was disappointed in the quality of work as well as their ability to make decisions. The bedroom and closet had Travertine tile that had different 'tones' of the pattern (we talked at first that if they opened the boxes and found 'lots' of the darker tones, just to randomly work them in - if not, set them aside).... there were a 'few' tiles that stood out from all the others (much Darker) ... and even though they had many other pieces of regular tone to use, they chose to use the darker toned pieces - one was where it was very noticable. We insisted they replace one of the pieces that was right in the walkway - but was too tired to fight about the other 3 pieces that they had layed in the closet and along the bedroom walls. Looking back, I wish I had. Can't imagine why they would do this... The tile layed in the family room was layed 'uneven'.... they built up the base material so much that by the time they made it to the other end of the room, it didn't lay flush with the tile in the adjoining room -- it was at a significant angle (very noticable)-- they dismissed it saying the floor wasn't level... actually it was --- unfortunately, NOW -- it's NOT. Very disappointed.
