Everything was fine.

The process went to very well. They did construction work to the house.

Jack gave us a great deal of detail on the pros and cons of each type of material including accurate cost estimates for each one.  Once we decided on the material, the work began within a few days.  They work continously (full days) which helped with the logistics of being without a back entrance considerably.  They told us by the nature of lumber that some boards would twist and warp and that they would come back after a month or so and replace any that needed replacing at no charge.  They did that and even found one that we did not notice which was the most difficult to replace.  I appreciated their attention to detail.
The deck they put in was taller than the one we took out which was a surprise to me but it was because of building codes.  So overall it was an excellent experience and I felt they would do anything they could to make it right for us.

THEY CAME IN TEARING OUT THE DRYWALL BUT WHEN REMOVING THE DRYWALL THEY WENT DOWN TO THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND THE DRYWALLER GUY JUST HAD TO PUT A PIECE OF WOOD TO FILL THE GAPE. THEY NEVER DID COME AND TELL THAT HAVEN I JUST WALKED INTO THERE WHEN THEY LEFT FOR THE DAY.SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT WOULD MORE TO COME.WHEN TILING THE SHOWER FLOORS AND WALLS THE TILES ARE NOT EVEN SOME STICKS OUT MORE THEN OTHERS,THE GROUT IN THE SHOWER TRUNED GREEN WHEN IT WAS SUPOSE TO BE ALMOND. WHEN THEY STARTED ON THE FLOOR THEY REMOVED TO MUCH OF THE SUB FLOOR THEN PUT THE TILE ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR THE WAS WAS NOT EVEN THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO FIX IT . WHAT A MESS...
