Great, we sent Kevin the design we had put together as a basic idea, he took it and created exactly what we wanted. Was open to our changes and offered suggestions and ideas. The square footage came out a little more than we expected, but he put that it into perspective for us as well as to what to expect on cost differences. Kevin was great to work with and pleasant to speak with. The contractor we had quote the build was very impressed with the details and specs provided in the plans.
