Jack cleaned our furnace and made sure everything was functioning properly prior to the sale of our home. He is an honest, no frills guy. I am going to have him install a whole house humidifier in our new home as well. I am glad we found someone for all of our future HVAC needs.

Very informative polite, a real professional job

Unfortunatly my a/c was unrepairable but the tech actuely took some time going through the whole unit to make sure of this instead of only 5 minutes like other companies have done in the past they were very perfessional and didnt try to talk me into something i didnt need or want THANK YOU!!!

sWe contacted them about trouble with our air conditioning unit. The service man was nice, informative, and did a thorough job; he  cleaned up after himself when finished and didn't leave footprints all through the house even though it was a bit muddy outside . He actually went above and beyond what we expected. The only problem we had was less than optimal communication about the time the service person would arrive.  Still, we had told them it wasn't an emergency so it wasn't a big deal. My husband was quite satisfied with the information he was given about a couple of questions  we had concerning the unit's functioning as well.  Dames Heating &  Cooling exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to others without hesitation.

They are superior, very honest, dependable, and everyone in the company is very personable.  They are prompt, clean up after themselves, and very polite.

The first technician (one of the owner's sons) was inexperienced, and frequently called the owners for guidance while doing the installation. Instead of realizing he was not equipped to handle the job, they continued to send him out again to try to finish the installation. Finally on the third trip to finish the installation both owners (John and Jack) responded in order to finish the installation. The installation process was handled very unprofessionally, and the quality of workmanship was extremely poor, which is why our flooring and insulation are now damaged and must be replaced, as well as the hardwood flooring in our kitchen. We had another heating and air conditioning company take a look at the air conditioner and the subsequent damage. This service technician told us the unit was not installed properly and that is why we experienced these problems and damage. Overall, I would have to say this experience has been a very expensive nightmare.
