James sold us an Evolve EVRC water treatment system and installed it himself. The entire experience was excellent. He showed us several models and recommended the one that he felt would work best with our city water source. We agreed to the purchase and he and his helper were there within 3 business days to do a smooth and highly professional install. The price was very fair and he provided just what we needed, with no pressure at all.
We were referred to Water Doctor Plus from my brother, who also had a very good experience with an installation over 8 years ago. We both highly recommend this company.

Very professional, these guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They gave a fair price and provided expert installation. I didn't have to worry about the product or the installation. I have used the Water Doctor before and purchased a water softener from them both when I lived in Jeff. City, but also when I moved to Kansas City in 1993. That softener lasted 15 years with no problems. The motor finally burned out. I trust their products and their service
