What they do then is to charge you for the lights and installation the first year and then they come and take them down and next year they'll send you a letter asking if you want their service again. When my husband first got here, he just got a new Cadillac and he didn't realized that it had this feature where you hold the button down for 4 seconds all the widows go down and with the storm, he has water in his car and they dried it up for him and did an excellent job. It didn't smell or anything afterwards. If you set a car in the sun after it's been wet, you can tell that it's been wet but this did not. They are very courteous, prompt and when they tell you they'll be there they'll be there. He did break a light and he made a special trip out just to replace that one bulb. It had to be special order from Kansas city, got it and brought it back.
