Julie Ryberg

Julie is awesome. I found her myself back in April and I contacted her in May. After meeting her and dealing with her for months she is super nice. She is affiliated with the military. She has been in the area for fifteen, sixteen years now. Her husband is in the Reserves. She is a USAA member so she knows a lot about VA loans and all this. She has been doing this for three or four years now. She works with Donna. She is very nice. We had a couple issues with the house, the owner, both of them were excellent with working with us getting the house. Julie protected us from the start. If you ever need a Realtor, she knew what to do, how to protect us, everything, she was awesome. She looked for a new house for us. We were coming from over seas. I had been in contact with her and she knew exactly what I wanted. She showed us like twenty something houses in three days. She knew which houses were grouped together so she would get us appointments for a three to hour period if we needed it, all these houses. And the amount of time we spent in each house was forty-five minutes average in a house. We would go over it thoroughly before we say okay we ant to come back later. We didn't have a car she actually came and picked us up on base. She came and got us and she drove us around herself because we didn't have a car yet. We were here like two days and she was able to set up houses for us to look at. She was very honest, there had to be that delicate balance you can't talk us into a house but you can't talk us out of a house either. But if we asked her a direct question she was very honest about it. I had a couple of questions about the area so she went and found the answers for me. I am so happy I went with Julie. She was an excellent Realtor. She was always professional, always on time. If something came up she'd call and let us know.
