He is excellent. I went with him because he was not pushy. When I contacted the local lenders for pre-approval, I called the other lady first, she was very pushy. I tried to explain to her you are going to have issues with me trying to submit any type of pre-approval on line because I don't have an address in the states. I have an APO address. When I get on line for a pre-approved mortgage it didn't want to accept my APO AE. Then under the A loan, I need zero percent down, well the system wouldn't let me pick that option. We had a lot of issues with that and she kept calling me and kept sending me e-mails. I said I'm in the middle of my PCS, I am dealing with these Italian movers, we have so much going on, so many issues that right now it looks like we may not be able to leave when we want to. The move was awful. She kept calling me and calling me, so I decided I'm not going with her. Then I e-mailed Willie. I said it is going to be very hard for me to do anything right now. You are going to have to give me a week and then I'll get in contact with you and if I don't e-mail me back and remind me because we are still moving. A week later he said hey I haven't heard from you and I said yea, I tried to call you but for some reason my Vonage phone won't let me dial your work phone so I said what I'm going to do is wait until I get to the States. I will be there in about two weeks and I will give you a call. We will work this out. He gave me his cell phone number. So he allowed me to text him if I needed to. He was excellent. We did the VA loan through him. I guess you would call him a mortgage loan officer. He does work for the bank. He is the person I talk to if I have an issue or anything like that.
