Alternative Energy Construction

It went awful. Did not complete the house as per contract, not on time, quality was not to standard and left my property without it even having a Permit to Occupy (I couldn't move into it). He left us with no heat or AC and no hot water not to mention cracked stucco, the front porch not completed and the stained concrete that he "sealed" with wood polyurethane (talk about a bad smell!) He tried to charge us for "items over budget" which were false due to the fact our home was built for a set price, not "cost plus". Owner dishonest about bids and overcharged us during construction costing us $1000's in interest on our construction loan. He approved us to purchase items for his convenience like lights and locks and then refused to pay us back. He went through 3 project managers on our build and all quit before the home completed due to his dishonesty. Another client, owner of National Tiger Sanctuary, also fired him due to same issues. We are currently in lawsuit for the over $60,000 we spent to get the home finished.
