 + 0 moreThe crew arrived Nov. 6, 2007 and had the house under roof by Dec. 6, 2007. They arrived punctually everyday weather permitting, and missed very few days because of cold and wind. The framing was completed just a bit ahead of schedule.
Description of Work: LJS Construction framed our custom home from the foundation to the sheathing on the roof. They installed the steel, floor joists, subflooring, stair bracing and stairs and built all the exterior and interior walls, the roof rafters and the windows and doors, an area I was concerned with from past experience having a home built. They did a great job on all the windows and doors. I observed the daily activities of the crew and was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism they displayed. They missed very few days because of weather (they worked in the cold and wind many days). I was particularly impressed with the foreman (Billy). He would have the crew redo things if they were not of the highest standard. Nearly all the inspections passed the first time. If I were to build another home I would do all within my power to have this crew and this company frame it.
