Went very well. Matt was polite and professional. Gave estimate one day and scheduled for following week. He showed up on time and the floor turned out looking like new. Company uses a special grout sealer with pigment; customer chooses color from swatches. We found out we were cleaning our floor incorrectly, so hope the new look will last when we clean according to instructions.

Excellent. Grout cleaned and with color sealant makes floors look like they did when they were first installed. Also did grout replacement in one bath/shower as well as some really bad spots around kitchen counter. Very pleased.

Absolutely amazing. His work was outstanding. He cleaned his work each day and left us with what looks like a new bathroom. He replaced moldy caulk and tile grout. How's work prevented us from having to spend more than$4,000 on a new shower enclosure. His caulking is a work of art, perfection. He made the caulking in our kitchen look like tile grout and not caulking. He is truly a master at his craft. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Matt did a fantastic job.  Prompt, friendly, and professional.  My shower looks like new.  He finished the work faster than expected and was considerate about noise when my kids were napping nearby.  Highly recommended!

I couldn't be more please with the results!  Matt and his assistant were punctual and professional and did a fantastic job.  I purchased a house early in 2015 and all the tile and grout in the kitchen and basement bath were not cared for properly for many years.  The kitchen grout had stains and was discolored from dirt and use.  The ceramic tile and grout was cleaned and color sealed and the floor looks like new again.  The basement bath floor slate tile was installed with grout smeared all over the tile surface that was not properly cleaned off, so the tile looked like it was old tile that had been removed from another area and flipped over and reused.  It looked like it had adhesive all over the surface, which was the smeared grout.  It was awful - I tried not to look at the floor when I went in the bathroom.  And the bathroom grout was bad, too.  Matt worked all day to remove as much of the stuck-on grout as possible, cleaned the grout lines and color sealed the grout.  The bathroom floor looks 500% better and the grout looks new.  I also had grout repair and color sealing in the large walk-in shower in that bathroom (which was also not cared for properly).  And Matt and his assistant left my house spic and span; I couldn't tell anyone had done any work when they left except that the tile floors and shower looked so much better.
This tile and grout work was the last in a long line of repairs and cleanups that I did to the house.  I have color sealed grout twice in the past with great results, so I knew what to expect and I care for my tile and grout, so this work should last a long time.
Grout Works will be my go-to for any other tile and grout work I need in the future, and I expect to need it because I have tile in an upstairs bath and a large area of granite tile in the basement.

It went fabulously! I have what looks like a whole new floor :) Matt was fastidious about how he performed the work and was very professional. I'm having him back to do our bathrooms.
