We offer full service hardwood floor new installation or cleaning services, with prices as low as $1.50a square foot never exceeding $2.25 per square we remove, prep, Install, sand, buff and poly(×2) our cleaning services are usually bundled as sand and refinish which includes sand screen buff vacuum and poly(×2) or offer something a little less aggressive Screen and buff, we would not sand the floor but instead lightly screen the floor then buff vacuum and apply again 2coatz of poly
