DIDN'T FIX NEIGHBOR'S STORM DOOR OR ATTEMPT TO REFER ME TO ANYONE WHO COULD; DIDN'T FIX THE ARCH OVER DOOR OR REFER ME TO ANYONE WHO COULD; TOOK OVER THREE MONTHS TO REPLACE BEDROOM WINDOW AND LEFT SLOPPY, GLOBBY CAULKING MESS; RATHER THAN REPLACE AND REPAINT THE WOOD TRIM AROUND GARAGE IN SEPTEMBER WHILE WAITING ON BEDROOM STORM DOOR TO COME IN, LEFT THE BARE REPLACEMENT WOOD EXPOSED THROUGH THE FALL AND WINTER UNTIL IT WAS WARM ENOUGH TO COME BACK AND PAINT IT MONTHS LATER. ALTHOUGH HE TOOK OVER FOUR MONTHS TO COMPLETE ONLY PART OF THE JOB, HE INVOICED US DEMANDING PAYMENT IN FULL WITHIN 10 DAYS.
