Hauder Construction

EXCELLENT.  Beyond my wildest dreams.  I have never worked with anyone in building trades as responsible, responsive, and reliable as Lynn Hauder.  I contacted him because he had run an ad in the local newspaper.  I didn't think I would get anyone to complete a job already started, and such a small job.  Lynn said he does all jobs, big or small, and he came over to assess the project, ensured we had all the building materials needed (and enough of everything needed), listed the details of the job on an invoice, provided a bid on the work to be done, and provided us with an estimated completion date.  The job was completed one day prior to his estimate and came in exactly on budget.  In addition, he is a meticulous craftsman and I am amazed at his skill, especially on details on the second story of our cabin .  Perfect.  In addition, HE KEPT US UPDATED ON PROGRESS, DAYS HE WOULD OR WOULD NOT BE ON SITE and generally stayed in communication with us up to and throughout the project!!!  Huh???  A contractor who lets you know what's really going on?  This is the only contractor I have worked with who has not disappeared, not showed up when he said, made excuses, left a mess, whatever.  Lynn was polite, respectful, provided quality, timely work at the price agreed upon, and he left the work site clean.  He is an skilled craftsman and an honorable man, and I will certainly call him whenever I need household construction services.  He is a rare breed in this day and age.
