They delivered a small 50 gallon drum and would pick it up every week. There were some weeks when they didn't even pick it up. If the sack had a small tear in it, they wouldn't pick it up and would leave a rude note saying "If you can't put the trash in a bag right we will have to stop picking it up". When I tried to talk to them on the phone, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, so I would leave a message and they would never call back. When I was 1 day late at paying the bill, I would get a note that I needed to pay my bill immediately or they would discontinue services. Then I tried, once again to call them to let them know I had to wait for my check to be put in the bank, and still no answer. So 3 weeks later I get a nasty phone call telling me that I better call them as soon as possible and pay my bill or they would discontinue services or even worse. They have NOT good customer service and are RUDE!!! I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!!!
