I dealt with Jason at WCC. He gave me a quote to repair a flat roof on a 25' x 115' loading dock. The quote was very reasonable. I hired WCC. They did an excellent job and did it quickly with no surprises. I highly recommend Jason and WCC, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The siding guy drove a nail through my refrigerant line and the contractor will taking partial responsibility for the repairs. The guys tried to wire my motion sensor lights while they were hot and shorted them out. The contractor did not pay for the lights. They also removed the junction boxes and wired the lights behind the siding which is a huge violation of code. An electrical contractor was required to make the repairs. The job took 4 months to complete which was totally unacceptable.

Recently, I needed my house roof, gutter, and siding replaced due to a hail storm. I am so happy that I hired WCC Roofing Co. to do the job. They did an excellent job on my roof, gutters, and siding. The entire crew were all very respectful of us and our property. The entire process of cost estimation, replacement, and final inspection of the finished project happened in a very timely and organized fashion. But the treasure in all of these is the project manager, James Berry. He was in constant communication with me throughout the project. Every time I call or send him a text or email, he will respond right away.He kept me informed of what is going to happen on each step of the project. He meets my demands and puts customer satisfaction first. I told James that my family and I are going to be out of town for a month and I wanted the project done before we go. He did it! I had and will continue to recommend WCC Roofing Co. to my friends, family, and anyone who would need their roof replaced.

The service received from this company was top notch. From the initial contact and estimate from Jake Calvert (project manager) to the finished job, everything went well. Our specific job entailed 3 phases at different times. Carpentry work, gutter work and flat roof tear off and reinstall. All 3 crews who did the work were very courteous and professional. Jake kept us informed about when each crew would arrive and coordinated each job without a hitch. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good job done at a fair price.

Shawn came out just to give an estimate on a repair that I needed and found hail and wind damage on my roof and gutters that I didn't even know was there. He met with my insurance adjuster to show the damage and ended up getting me a free roof and gutters!
