Owner is a straight forward, no nonsense guy. If you want a warm and fuzzy experience, look elseware. If you want competence and effectiveness, the owner is your man. I was a little concerned when my claim check was his business card and and then found he does not take credit cards, but that concern turned out to be unwarranted. Repairs were made, and chipper runs great. Additionally, suggestions for proper engine care were forthcoming along with a professional listing of parts needed and used. This along with what work was done and the time needed were provided. Paid by check. Finally, after hooked up chipper to my truck, jumped in to leave and truck would not start. Next thing I know owner says "pop the hood", he looks at battery and determines terminal connections loose. He disappears for a minute and returns with the proper size wrench, tightens side post terminals and truck starts perfectly.
