Met with Mike, who gave us plenty of options regarding window choices- wood vs. aluminum vs vinyl. After selecting a high quality vinyl window to replace our deteriorating ones, Valenti ordered our windows. Expecting about six weeks to produce our windows, we did not hear again from Valenti, until I called them at eight weeks. The manufacturer had made them incorrectly, which required a re-order and another six weeks.
When the windows were finally ready, still did not hear from Valenti, but when I called, the windows apparently had just arrived.
Angie and her husband did the installation, and did wonderful work. They removed the existing windows, insulated, replaced one rotted sill, and installed the new windows being carefully to not create a mess and to clean behind themselves as the went.
We love the windows, and the instalation went great. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of communication from Valenti when there was an issue with the first set of windows produced.
