Terrific. Timely, professional, polite, effective, fair-priced.

After trying for two weeks with Home Depot purchased bombs and failing, I contracted with them. It took two trips but the roaches are completely gone. I contracted for one year, and the multiple initial trips were all covered.

Everything went great. The inspector was right on time and he was courteous and professional throughout the inspection. He was also very friendly with my dogs. :-)

Servicemen arrived on time period scheduled, explained services to be provided, explained chemicals to be used and safety issues following treatment. Left estimate for annual mole treatment. Mosquito treatment will be provided on monthly basis. Jake was professional and appeared to provide complete treatment. Price was great!

B & D did an amazing job. After the initial treatment they continued to come out until we were rid of our mice problem. They were very thorough, efficient and kind. They took extra care to put the bait where our dog could not get to it inside the house and in the bait stations outdoors. We now have them coming out on a quarterly basis for all pest control and have not seen any critters or bugs of any kind. Hiring B & D was a great decision!

The worker that came was very profession and helpful. The house was checked inside and outside. My house passed his inspection. The price paid for this was the Angie's list price.

Wow! James was very thorough. He spent one hour inside and out. I am very impressed. He used four different ways to trap mice.

Other than a minor issue with a facet (wasn't their fault), it well well.

Serviceman was prompt, kind, and efficient. He patiently answered my questions and was thorough in sealing my house. He took the time to help me understand what he was doing and what would be the best way to rid my house of rests forever.
