Joel was our technician for today. Before he showed up he called twice keeping us in the loop of his estimated time of arrival. Once Joel arrived he looked clean and professional. After examining the door he explained the problem and gave me a reasonable price which included labor, parts and warranty (He even loubed the rest of the wheels and hindges). He finished the work in a timely manner all the while my dog kept barking at him which did not seem to bother Joel, instead he played with her which calmed her down. It is still nice to find honest companies that do an awesome job while still charging a reasonable fees.
