It wass wonderful, price is reasonable and they did the job just the way u wanted to.

On a couple of previous occasions, we called this company to run a snake through the main line due to backflow. The service was successful, and we paid the appropriate amount. The company recommended we get routine preventative maintenance every six months to decrease chances of a full call. Upon completion of preventative work, the company charged more (by ~$100) than previous calls. Contacting the company by phone to point this out and lower the amount charge was not successful. Customer service actually insisted we saved money! Of course, we have records of previous payments (and can upload if challenged), but will not pursue this matter further other than this rating and moving on to another company.

Small job done quickly and priced right. Last company put my faucet on backwards so every time I am in the tub I have to be careful with the cold water.

The plumber was late but he was held up on another job - he called to inform me that he be late, When that job was finished he called me again to inform me he would be at my house shortly. He performed the repair in a timely manner and left no mess.

Excellent! The plumber was completely professional. The bidding on the job was clear and accurate. I had to have them back quickly because we were facing a closing date and I had missed that. They accommodated us quickly. We had no trouble acquiring a lien waiver. This is the best plumbing company I have ever used and will readily refer and use again.

I originally called and spoke to Neil about getting someone out to fix the pipe and restore our water. He told me they would try to fit us in the same day, but would call me back to confirm. Impatient person that I am, I waited a couple of hours and decided to call Roto Rooter instead. They told me they would be out between 12:00 & 2:00. As luck would have it, Neil called to tell me he had a serviceman in our area and could do the job, but I informed him that I had Roto Rooter coming. Roto Rooter never called or came by. So, around 4:30 the same day, I called Neil back to reschedule. Since it was later in the day by this time, he couldn't get anyone out until the next day, which was understandable. Chris was the plumber O.J. sent to our house. Chris was so personable and knowledgeable and made us feel completely at ease. He told us exactly what he was doing and what caused the problem. He even gave us pointers on how to keep this from happening again. This was our second time dealing with the same frozen pipe. The painting company we used the first time didn't insulate the pipe or the walls, causing it to freeze again. Chris had the pipe repaired and the water back on in no time. He really knows what he's doing. We're so grateful now that Roto Rooter didn't show up. We feel we've gotten excellent responses and service from O.J. Laughlin. We hope we never have to use them again, but if the need arises, we certainly will. Neil and his team were great to work with from the initial phone call. Thank you all for exceptional work and customer service.

Plumber showed up on time, got to work very quickly and accomplished the work in a very timely manner.

We are extremely pleased with the professionalism of OJ Laughlin Plumbing. The price hurt a little but we can't argue about the time spent on site to complete our requests. We feel the price is reasonable and comparable for the work requested and the quality and professionalism given.

The service manager Neal, let me email him picture of bath faucet to make sure the Grohe bath faucet would work in my 1950s bath. Mike was very skilled and precise in his work and professional in his demeanour. The Moen faucet I purchased from Lowes was faulty and he helped me get replacement part overnighted to me and came back and completed the next day.

My kitchen faucet had broken and was propped up with a soup can and duct tape. I had tried to fix it myself, but was unable. I bought a new faucet and just needed someone to install it. I was able to get on their schedule pretty quickly and they gave me a window within which they would arrive. The plumber called about an hour before the earliest arrival time, asking if it would be ok for him to come early. I wasn't at home and couldn't be there until the start-time of the appointment window. He said he had a more time-consuming appointment that he could go to, but he didn't want to hold me up by coming after that appointment, so he drove to my house and waited. I arrived as soon as I could. He was waiting in his truck. He was very pleasant and professional. He came in and got right to work. He showed me the old faucet, which was broken beyond repair, so I didn't feel too inept about not being able to fix it myself. He was here about half an hour. The faucet looks and works great. I saved $50, with an Angie's List coupon.

I called and was able to get a quote over the phone for a replacement after our heating and cooling company told me it was needed. The price was very reasonable and they were able to come on Monday (I called on Friday)! The installation went perfect and the installers were professional and courteous. They even cleaned up the mess from the old one leaking! A++ Service!
