Home Cleaning Centers of America, West County, was excellent! They start with an in-home consultation with an owner. We did a thorough walk-through together and Laurie described the type of services they can provide. She was incredibly professional, friendly and attentive to my specific needs/requests. She clearly communicated their process, how they clean, the team structure and the associated costs. She was very honest about what things would be extras and ways I could even save money, and she provided a quote before she left. It was a very low pressure, highly informative meeting and based on Laurie's professionalism I signed up on the spot. Exactly as she had described, her office contacted me within 24 hrs to set up our first appointment and get me on a bi-weekly schedule. The team showed up exactly when they said they would and completed their work within the estimated amount of time. The cleaning was outstanding!!! I have used a handful of different cleaning companies/individuals and the Gold Team from HCCA provided better service than I have EVER received for cleaning. They were amazingly thorough, addressed everything I had discussed with Laurie and were meticulous in replacing items where they found them. My entire home looked and smelled wonderful. I even checked the blinds, in corners and under tables and they left nothing uncleaned. I could not be happier with the service provided from HCCA, from my first meeting with an owner, to the responsiveness of the office staff, to the incredible work of the Gold Team. I would (and have already) highly recommend them. Thank you HCCA for treating my home with as much respect as I do - you definitely have a customer for life!!!

They come once a month. They do charge a lot but they do a good job. They show up on time and do the work. They leave you an invoice. Originally, the supervisor came out and told me what they were going to do. They dusted everything. They cleaned the floors. They cleaned the bathrooms. It is usually a team of two or three. They kinda split it up, one starts in the bathroom, one will start in the kitchen. They just divide it like that. It takes like 2-3 hours.

We used HCCA for a few years. Laura and Dan were great to speak with. Starting out, the service was excellent. We usually had the same 3 ladies come every 2 weeks. They were very detailed in their work. Then over time, there were staffing changes/turn over. Seemed to be different ladies each time with the exception of the supervisor. The quality of work went down. I made a few requests for better detailed cleaning in some areas. After several times requesting, along with damage to a few of our items and the quality dropping, we decided to sever our ties and search for another cleaning company. I am disappointed but I should not have to go behind a cleaning service and clean what I paid to have done.

Work was done well until there was a staffing problem sometime in the fall of 2015, then it became difficult to get the new crew up to speed. Constant phone calls and notes left for the crew did no good, and apologies from them were lip service only. There would be large areas skipped over (like half the second floor not being mopped) at random times and it got to where after they cleaned I'd have to go around the house and find out what they missed *this time* and do it myself. I realized before Xmas that the master bath shower hadn't been done for maybe a month and there was visible orange mildew on the floor and a thick haze on the glass doors. I took care of the floor myself and left a note reminding them to clean it every time - they partly cleaned the glass doors, but after the work I did on the floor I expected it to be pristine.
They also did not return my house keys after several requests, which is why I gave them an F for professionalism.

They were just fine. They come once a month. They charge every time they come out. They usually come out towards the end of the month. What stands out about them was their services were quite good. I’m not sure about their schedule. They are always here all the time. They were right on time all the time.

I called on Tues. needing work done within the week, Laurie told me all the work they do, price etc. Called me
back a few minutes later, and said they had a cancellation for the next morning, and I was very happy about that.
Three girls cleaned these areas well and quickly. The girls were great and I am very satisfied, and will use them again.

I pay $148 every 2 weeks. They come out and estimate that based on the size of your house and what you want done. They clean anything you want, there's lots or just little. You could tell them I just want you to do floors and dusting, or you could tell them whatever you want, or do everything with this room. They will do whatever you want. They are very fast, very courteous, and very professional. I don't have any problems with them.

Laura came out the week before and walked through the house with me taking detailed notes on what I would like done. Laura also gave me an estimate based on length of time to do the work. The office contacted me the night before the scheduled day to give me a time when to expect the cleaning crew. The three ladies arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. They did an Amazing job! The house looks Wonderful! It did not take as long to do the work as expected so the final cost came out to be lower than the estimate. It was a very nice experience and I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future.
