I think I could have found cheaper but I was desperate.  All they did was deliver a dumpster and picked it up.

They were an excellent service. It was great. The dumpster was in good shape. The delivery was right as described and I asked the guy to place the dumpster over a few inches over to one side of the driveway to give me more clearance and he did an excellent job. There was no hesitation whatsoever. It was just very good customer service. I have never used them before. I have never seen them in the neighborhood. They work with public waste in St. Louis City where they use them. They are the only ones who have rubber wheels so it didn't damage the driveway. They are one of the few ones who had a lift on it so they just didn't drop it on the driveway, they lowered it very carefully.

Fantastic company to deal with, very informative website with pricing, also fantastic personnel to help with any additional questions or clarifications. Dumpster placed in driveway exactly where I wanted it and at scheduled delivery time and picked up without incident or damage to driveway due to wheels on unit and skill of driver! No additional costs incurred because I paid close attention to not putting in "wrong" items and going over fill line. Highly recommend this company, outstanding service and product, will use again without hesitation!!!

They were good. I have no complaints.

It happened twice over the year - one was in the spring of 2009 and the other in the fall. They left the dumpster for a week. They do have some stipulations about what goes in it, and the stuff that I was throwing away was not in any of those stipulations. They didn?t want refrigerators and chemicals and stuff like that. My experience with them was very good. I didn?t ever talk to the person. I just went to the website, ordered it and put the credit card number in. They showed up when I told them to. Both times I didn?t need it for the whole week. I filled it up way before them. I think I ended up calling somebody and telling them that they could pick it up, and they picked it up the next day. It was exactly what I wanted to do, they dropped it on the driveway where I told them to and they picked it up when I wanted them to. It was all very efficient and professional. Other than reducing the cost, which is always a good idea, they did everything I wanted them to do. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

I was very pleased with the ease of the transaction. We have actually rented from them on several occasions and each time, if the dumpster was needed for another day or two, as long as the truck wasn't on it's way to pick up the dumpster, it wasn't a problem to extend. Their prices are competitive and the customer service is great!

This is the third time that I have used Specialized and have been extremely happy with them every time. They are very accommodating about drop off times, their service over the phone is excellent and the drivers are always extremely courteous. I highly recommend Specialized.
