"Our tech was able to revisit the issue again 20 days later and we did not receive any additional notifications or complaints. We want our clients to know we will stay with the client to resolve the leaking issue as longs as it takes. In some cases additional fees may be required. We will attempt to share all our resources in order for the client to make the most of the choice selected/recommended at the least cost. We will share this with our team. All of this was done to a 100+ year-old 3-story home.
During the initial inspection, they stated what would be needed to convert to a natural fireplace. They answered all my questions, and provided a detailed quote within a couple days. The price was right, so we scheduled the work. Signed the order and put 33% down.
They showed up on the scheduled date and time with a team of 4 guys. Unloaded all the supplies and erected scaffolding. Did all the work, and took down the scaffolding. They were not too loud, were very professional and introduced themselves. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. All the work was done in 5 hours. During the process, the lead guy, Mike, answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied.
One very minor issue was with the up front communication. After I received the quote and scheduled the work, I had a couple questions via email and phone. It took a few tries before I could get a response. Not a big deal, but that is work the C for responsiveness came from. I would recommend these guys.
