carpet cleaners
 + -1 morePurchased a deal on Living Social promotion. Called four times to get the cleaning scheduled. First time, simply answered the phone "hello" with no announcement of a company name. Said he'd call back after he finished his lunch. No call back. A week later... Second and third time I called, no response. Fourth time, same answer "hello". I had to lead the entire conversation, confirm I called the right number, etc. Painfully scheduled the carpet cleaning for March 21, 2013. NO SHOW! The company did not call, did not show up, still have not heard from them to reschedule. Called again....NO ANSWER, again. Crappy service, unprofessional attitude.
Description of Work: NONE! They never showed up.
