Brian and Steve always provide friendly, prompt and top-notch HVAC service and sales. Brian just installed a new AC to replace our fourteen year old one which was on its last legs. He also updated our thermostat. We remain very satisfied and loyal customers and will continue to recommend AZS to our friends.

They were much more than expected. Brian came to my home, the same day we called. He told me there was no power to the outside unit. We had some other work done the day before and the breaker to the outside was accidently turned off. Turned on breaker, and it was done. The most unexpected surprise was he didn't even charge me, not even a service charge. Now we're a customer for life.

Steve came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and had my 2nd story AC back up and running in less time than its taken me to write this! AZS will be getting my business when it's time to replace our aging out 1st floor system

We have used AZS for several years for both HVAC service and new unit installation. Great service. Very fast response to issues. Expert troubleshooting and resolution. Did a great job for us every time. They also explain if there is an underlying cause and how to address it (like inadequate return air flow). This solved what had been a recurring issue with previousl service companies. Highly recommend for any HVAC work without reservation.

My wife and I used AZS previously on several occasions for minor issues (thermostat, humidifier, etc) and were always impressed with how responsive, skilled and pleasant Brian and his team were. Well, our ancient furnace just went out and true to form Brian and Mike replaced it without a hitch and at a very reasonable and competitive price. We'll continue to recommend AZS to our friends!

The AZS service was excellent!  The technicians were very professional and efficient, and the results are amazing.  I love my new dryer vent; it works great!  I had previously received bids from many other companies that install dryer vents and AZS had the lowest cost for this service.  I am so glad I chose AZS because they were wonderful.  I also had requested workers that do not smoke and they were non-smokers, which made me very happy.  In addition to installing the dryer vent, they also carried my dryer from a first level floor down to the basement and hooked up the dryer to the vent at no additional cost.  They also heard the popping noise coming from my furnace and fixed that at no additional charge.  I was very pleased with their work and overall experience with them, and will hire them again for my future heating and cooling needs.  I highly recommend AZS  to others.

We had 3 different quotations for the work to replace our 25 year old HVAC system and AZS provided the best options to choose from with no up sales pressure.  The work crew was very professional and timely with the installation.  Our new system works great and we are very happy with the comfort!  The addition of the whole house humidifier is wonderful during the winter months!  We are very pleased!

Called Brian at 4:55p and had a technician out at 5:15p. Our tech Steve was courteous and knowledgable and got out to our home extremely quick. He knew exactly what the problem was and had the ignitor swapped out in under 10 minutes. I just couldn't believe how quick they had me taken care of. Do not hesitate to call these guys. Their service is top notch.

The did a great job on the install and took time to explain everything that they were doing.  They checked the home's air flow and gave ideas for improvement.  They were wonderful and far better than any heating/A/C provider that we have ever had.  We would highly recommend them.

I don't typically feel strongly about most service providers--at least not positively strong. My opinions usually range from vaguely satisfied to pure disdain of the occasional bad apple. That's not fair, as the good contractors aren't rewarded in the same measure the bad ones are penalized. But, I feel quite strongly about AZS' professionalism, fairness, and capabilities. They're fantastic. They deserve a resounding recommendation.
It's difficult to comment on any one particular service call, as I've had AZS out 2 or 3 times each summer for the past six years. I had the misfortune of inheriting two very unreliable central A/C units when I purchased my house. That's to say, repairs have been required frequently as well as the replacement of one of my air handlers and compressors.
Every time a repair was necessary, AZS sought the most cost effective option for me (not necessarily the most profitable option for them). For example, they had to replace the motor in one of my troublesome compressors a couple years ago. Last year, that same compressor had to be replaced altogether while the other compressor needed a new motor. They could have easily replaced the first compressor and charged me for a new motor on the second. But, they recalled that there was a like-new motor in the system they were replacing and suggested using that motor in the other unit, saving me hundreds. I had not idea the motor was even compatible. That's just one of many examples in which they didn't have to suggest an unlikely, cost-effective solution, but they did, of their own accord.
When an A/C unit fails in July, it's emergent to the homeowner. They're in a time-sensitive and specialized industry. Thus, they could easily get away with gouging customers, and the customers likely wouldn't even know it. But AZS doesn't do that. Because, I suspect, they understand the loyalty they receive in return for their integrity is far more valuable.

AC unit not cooling as it should, thought a replacement would be necessary due to age. Turns out it was a faulty switch.

The overall service so far has been excellent. They have been on time its been, they have been a pleasure to work with.

They were excellent. He told me I had a dirty sensor on my furnace and didn't charge me for his time. I called again to set up a service call this June, but they called back and told me I wouldn't need to worry about anything until the fall and that I should call them back in a few months.

They did an excellent job.  They were knowledgable, here on time, neat and friendly.  They also responded quickly later when we called to have questions answered and a rattle checked.

Awesome visit!  My appointed time was between 9-11 am ( I made the appointment just two days ago so fast service for a non-emergency). The techician arrived at 9 am on the dot.  He politely endured my endless list of questions.  Chesterfield Service installed the unit and we've had them out annually since installation.  Initially they seemed great but over the years the techicians seemed more like used car salesmen than technicians so I called AZS for a second opinion, if you will.  First I asked if we really need to change the humidifier pad every year (at $50 a pop).  Ours is a year old.  He looked at it and asked if it was recently replaced since it looked almost like new!!  It pays to ask for a second opinion.  He recommends changing about every two years and only if there are dark spots or significant amount of clumps and it's only $17 through him.  Next I asked if our electronic air cleaner cells look dirty to him.  Every year Chesterfield Service says they're dirty and should be replaced with a disposable hepa filter (~$100 a pop).  He said it's aluminum, it's 30 years old, it's not shiny anymore but it's not dirt and it doesn't affect the function of the unit.  Oh, and he said he doesn't like the thick hepa filters because they restrict air flow and put a strain on the blower motor.  Yikes!  He thoroughly checked the heater, didn't seem the least bit annoyed that I remained next to him the whole time, gave me a great education on my furnace and water heater, too.  He gave me advice on buying a replacement programable thermostat through Amazon when this one from Home Depot dies.  And he looked through all the tickets from past service on the unit, gave me his opinion on each (mainly we over paid annually for a not needed humidifier pad and there were a couple of questionable services just that he'd never seen this unit need so much service but it could be the unit, he wasn't here to test himself), and only charged $109 for an annual service contract (compared to $199 with Chesterfield service), which covered this visit and the spring check up for the A/C.  I'm thrilled I joined Angie's list, trusted the AZS reviews and broke ties with Chesterfield Service.

We have been with them for several years now.  They are very honest and we are confident in the work they do.
