Called around 9am, he was there as promised at 1:00pm. Determined that the problem was the lid switch. He did not have the replacement switch on-hand, but would not charge for the return service. But we decided to not spend the extra $40 for the switch, since all it did was stop the filling when you lift the lid. A different switch still stopped the SPINNING when you lift the lid. So it was not necessary for him to return anyway.

They showed up on time. They responded to my call vary quickly. They ordered the part and put it in as so as they got it. They cleaned up after them selfs. They are vary nice.

The man they sent out to my home was very nice. He did a quick examination and then fixed the problem within a hour. He did a great job and the ice maker hasn't acted up since.
