Todd Normann Tiling

Our general contractor initially had a tile installation done by someone whose work did not meet standards.  Then he hired Todd to re-do the job.  I cannot say enough great things about Todd!  His work is first-rate.  He brainstormed about how to fix one of the problems, which was that our floor was not level and it couldn't really be leveled due to the placement of the doors at both ends.  He had some ideas about how to make the best of that situation.  He also did not hesitate to tell me the details of what he thought the other contractor could have done differently and should be redone.  There was a bit of bravery involved, because the general contractor was paying out-of-pocket for the re-do (and Todd apparently doing some of it at no charge), and so it would have been in Todd's best interest to please the general contractor with the least work possible.  Todd is a stand-up guy who never gave even the slightest hint of thinking about anything except quality.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and to invite him back if we ever need more tiling.  Thanks, Todd!
