Sunlight Window & Gutter Cleaning

I have been using Steve of Get It Clean Windows for years to clean my gutters and once to clean my windows. I contacted Steve again to clean my windows and received a bid and set a date for the cleaning. On the day, Steve sent his colleague, Shaun Studna who is just starting his own window and gutter cleaning service. I was surprised at first, but Shaun said that Steve had injured his arm so he was cutting back on work and had asked Shaun to do this job. Shaun has been working with Steve (they are all off-duty firefighters). Shaun did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my windows. They removed all the storm windows and screens and cleaned them, as well as all the windows inside and out. They were very polite and as unobtrusive as possible given that they had to move throughout the house. And they cleaned up very well when they were finished I live in an older home with the small window panes and so it was a time-consuming job. I was very pleased with the work. They had to take down some venetian blinds and they slightly damaged one putting it back. Shaun was very up front about it and offered several times to pay for it. However, I knew the the blinds were old and didn't work properly before they took them down, so I did not reduce his payment as he suggested. I would definitely use him again.
