General Remodeling
My wife and I hired this company, owned by Aaron Stratman and his nephew. They performed all the work themselves. They are quite expensive, charging $500 for labor if they do a full 8-hour day's work. They are very good, though. We bought a house that needed major renovations. They replaced a sliding glass patio door with a French door, installed a handrail and guardrail for the basement steps (the house has a walk-out basement), and replaced 4 interior doors and two exterior doors. The interior doors had to be special ordered, and the doors are birch, which was very hard for them to stain, as the stain kept soaking into the wood. They finally got them done, and the doors are almost a perfect match to the rest of the woodwork in the house. They also built a cabinet to fit our dishwasher into, as the kitchen had nowhere to install one. They did an excellent job on it and I'd hire them again to do any more work for me.
